Red Acre Properties, a real estate venture, is looking for an efficient and organised Administrator to ensure smooth day to day running of the business. The role will require ability to work autonomously and identify areas that need attention.


  • General bookkeeping
  • Review and approve insurance policies
  • Liaise with property managers to ensure standards are maintained and any repairs etc are carried out
  • Gather any legal documents required for transactions, escalate these to the necessary stakeholder and ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide support in the form of answering calls, emails and post
  • Liaising with the housing authority to ensure compliance with registrations, permits and paperwork
  • Coordinate with tenants when necessary


  • Previous experience in real estate environment
  • Ability to multi task
  • Outgoing personality that enjoys interacting with various stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage financial records
  • Discrete person who handles confidential information accordingly
