ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting customers via e-mail, live chat, and telephone
  • Enjoy problem-solving
  • Managing customer accounts (passwords etc.)
  • Support the KYC department on a daily basis
  • Work together with your team to reach customer service related targets

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English & Lithuanian
